THE EXISTENCE OF WOMEN'S TESTIMONY FROM A COMPARATIVE FIQH PERSPECTIVE

This research aims to determine the existence of women's testimony from a comparative jurisprudence perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research, data is collected by quoting and analyzing using content analysis on literature or books that are relevant to the problem being discussed as well as the opinions of jurists (Islamic legal experts) then reviewing and concluding.The research results show that from several opinions and arguments regarding women's testimony, it can be concluded that in general women should not be witnesses in hudud matters, such as cases of adultery. This opinion is supported by the evidence of the Koran and is widely narrated by the Prophet's friends. Meanwhile, in matters relating to rights and property, such as divorce, reconciliation, gifts, wills, etc., women's testimony is permitted, whether together with men or consisting of several women, based on several historical reports. This can be taken into consideration considering that women in this century have received education like men, they generally also work outside the home. Likewise, the flow of information is very fast in the midst of society, reaching far to remote villages. Research also shows that women's memory and intellectual abilities are potentially no different from men.

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with many differences, ranging from ethnicity, race, religion, language, beliefs and customs. This requires values to unite and advance Indonesian society. One of the values that can unite is the value of gotong royong, but the value of Gotong royong has been eroded by the times. This is what makes researchers make this journal with the aim of knowing the strengthening of mutual cooperation values through the onion pulling tradition in improving the welfare and harmony of the Tindalun village community, Anggeraja sub-district, Enrekang district. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is to find out how the community views Gotong royong, whether the tradition of gotong royong cabut bawang has a social impact and economic impact on the community. And how empowerment is done to maintain the tradition of pulling onions. The subjects of this research are sourced from the community, onion farmers, community leaders, and youth leaders. With data collection techniques from observation and interviews. The results of this study show that mutual cooperation can build friendship, work together, and strengthen togetherness. From this onion pulling gotong royong also has social impacts such as, the love of deliberation, building awareness and strengthening friendship. While the economic impact is minimising.

THE IMPACT OF ECONOMIC CONSTRAINTS ON YOUTH IN THE VILLAGE OF KALUKKU BARAT IN CONTINUING THEIR EDUCATION TO HIGHER EDUCATION

This study discusses the impact of economic limitations on the decisions of young people in Kalukku Barat Village, Kalukku District, Mamuju Regency, to continue their education to college. The study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving young people, parents, and community leaders. The results of the study show that limited family economic conditions, economic instability in the village, and the demand to start working immediately are the main factors that prevent young people from continuing their higher education. In addition, low motivation to study and the influence of the social environment were also found to be factors that support the decision not to continue education even though the family's economic conditions are considered sufficient. Possible solutio ns include strengthening the role of schools in providing scholarship information, increasing parents' understanding of the importance of higher education, and efforts to increase youth motivation to study.

ANALYSIS OF PAI TEACHERS' TEACHING STRATEGIES IN ENHANCING STUDENTS' SOCIAL AWARENESS AT MAN PANGKEP

This research aims to determine the strategies and success factors of PAI teachers in increasing MAN Pangkep students' awareness of social problems. This type of research is qualitative research with an approach that is appropriate to scientific disciplines, namely educational and psychological approaches. The data sources for this research are Islamic religious education subject teachers, madrasa heads, deputy madrasa heads, administrative staff, and several students. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques go through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that: (1) The PAI teacher's strategy in increasing the social awareness of MAN Pangkep students is that the teacher provides educational, interactive, and exemplary interaction teaching methods, builds students' religious character, integrates religious values ??in learning to encourage students' social awareness, providing reflection activities and collaborating with parents and agencies. (2) The success factor in increasing the social awareness of MAN Pangkep students is involving students in social activities, increasing students' understanding of social values, and due to changes in students' attitudes and values. This research can have implications for improving PAI teaching methods and strengthening the role of schools in forming the character of students who have high social awareness, which in turn contributes positively to the wider community.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMBINATION OF FORMATIVE AND SUMMATIVE EVALUATION IN PROJECT-BASED LEARNING

Learning evaluation plays an important role in ensuring the success of education, especially in project-based learning; The purpose of this study is to analyze how the combination of formative and summative evaluation can improve learning outcomes in project-based learning, as well as identify the advantages and challenges in implementing the combination of these two types of evaluation; The research method used in this study is qualitative method, this method allows the researcher to gain an in-depth understanding in combining both formative and summative evaluation in project-based learning; The results of this study reveal relevant points namely. First, formative evaluation helps learners improve the quality of the project during the process of working on the learning. Second, summative evaluation provides a comprehensive picture of students' final achievement. Third, the combination of both can improve critical thinking skills, problem solving, and concept understanding. Fourth, teachers get more accurate data to evaluate the effectiveness of learning; and contribution to the development of evaluation methods in project-based learning by understanding the effectiveness of the combination of formative and summative evaluation, teachers can optimize the learning process, create more meaningful learning experiences, and support the achievement of educational goals oriented to 21st century competencies.

AN ANALYSIS OF MOSQUE IMAM REGENERATION: DYNAMICS BETWEEN IMAMS WHO DO NOT WANT TO BE REPLACED AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

The writing of this research aims to understand the dynamics of the regeneration of the imam of the al Falah mosque in Ra’cak hamlet. Researchers conducted this research with qualitative methods in the form of observation research instruments, interviews from several sources, and literacy studies through several literature sources. This study reveals that the tenure of older imams is the main obstacle in the process of regenerating mosque imams. This study also analyzes the pros and cons related to the replacement of imams who are no longer good at reading qur’an. On the one hand, the regeneration of imams is considered necessary to maintain the quality of worship and empower young people to regenerate as imams. However, on the other hand, the replacement of priest can also trigger social conflict and raise question about respect for elders and question about who will replace them as priests. Therefore, it’s necessary to hold a discussion involving varios related parties, such as mosque administrators, community leaders, and worshipers to find the best solution. Either by replacing the imam with a younger people who has a better quality of reading the qur’an, or asking the old imam to resign honorably and giving appreciation for his services.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi perkembangan agama pada usia dewasa dan lanjut usia dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, menggabungkan wawancara mendalam dan penelitian kepustakaan. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk memahami secara holistik bagaimana dimensi agama berevolusi, beradaptasi, dan berperan dalam kehidupan individu seiring bertambahnya usia. Pada usia dewasa, temuan menunjukkan adanya pergeseran dari religiusitas dogmatis menjadi keyakinan yang lebih reflektif, mandiri, dan personal. Orang dewasa cenderung mengintegrasikan ajaran agama dengan pengalaman hidup, mencari makna di balik peristiwa penting, dan menerapkan nilai-nilai agama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Memasuki usia lanjut, perkembangan agama menunjukkan kecenderungan menjadi lebih dalam dan lebih tenang. Fokus bergeser ke kontemplasi eksistensial, penerimaan diri, dan persiapan spiritual untuk akhir kehidupan.
